The Precision Wellness Practice is a licensed practice operating system for health and wellness practitioners, founded by Sachin Patel and Dipa Chauhan-Patel. We operate from Mississauga, Ontario, Canada and primarily serve practitioners in the United States. References to “we,” “us,” or “our” refer to The Precision Wellness Practice.

- Name, email address, phone number, and professional credentials submitted via forms, the Scorecard, call bookings, event registrations, or program applications
- Practice name, location, and business details provided during application or onboarding
- Payment information collected at checkout (processed by third-party processors; we do not store full card numbers)
- Messages and communications sent via contact forms, email, or support requests
- Survey responses and feedback provided voluntarily

When you opt in to receive emails, you may receive educational content, program updates, event invitations, and promotional offers. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You may also request removal by emailing info@precisionwellnesspractice.com.
Transactional emails related to purchases, bookings, or program access are not subject to marketing opt-out as they are required to fulfill your service agreement.
Our email practices are designed to comply with the US CAN-SPAM Act and Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). We obtain express or implied consent before sending commercial electronic messages as required under CASL.
SMS / Text messaging
If you provide your mobile number and opt in to SMS, you may receive appointment reminders, event notifications, and program-related messages. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Reply HELP for assistance. We do not send unsolicited marketing texts. Our SMS practices are designed to comply with the US Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).
7. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell or rent personal information. We may share data only in the following circumstances:

To submit a California privacy request, email us with “California Privacy Request” in the subject line. We do not sell personal information as defined under California law.
Canadian residents (PIPEDA)
